Shipping To Canada & US
Sweet Living Company is currently offering $13 flat rate shipping within Canada, and $23 flat rate shipping within the US. Any US duties and taxes incurred from cross-border shipping will payable by the customer on delivery, therefore we recommend that you inform yourself of the US customs policy. Canada
XpressPost – This is the default shipping method for Canadian orders. A tracking number will be provided once the parcel is shipped.
Alberta/Saskatchewan: Packages sent by Xpresspost are delivered in 1-3 business days. Packages sent to other major Canadian cities are delivered within 3-5 business days. Please note that packages sent to small towns and rural areas may take a day or two longer. We charge a flat rate of $13 per order within Canada (this does not apply to wholesale orders).

United States
We ship via Canada Post Tracked Packet USA, which includes a tracking number and up to $100 insurance. Parcels are delivered in 5-10 business days. We offer a $23 flat rate shipping charge for US orders. Please note that any US duties and taxes incurred from cross-border shipping will payable by the customer on delivery, therefore we recommend that you inform yourself of the US customs policy. 2) Take photos of the damaged items
3) Contact us within 48 HOURS of receipt of the damaged parcel.
These steps are necessary to ensure that your items are promptly replaced and that the responsible parties are held accountable.
